This week the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) released a synthesis report stating that the world is likely to surpass its most ambitious climate target — limiting warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius — by the early 2030s.
Food systems account for over one third of global greenhouse gas emissions. But as Valley Steering Committee Member Stefan Palzer recently noted, no single company can can find solutions here. We need to work as an ecosystem.
